4th Annual SK808 Tournament – January 7, 2012, Honolulu, Hawaii Hosted by Pacific Roller Derby  Get outta the white winter and head across the pacific to some Hawaiian heat! Tan those pasty thighs, frolic in Waikiki, enjoy shave ice in the North Shore, and participate in a beat down – Aloha style - with your roller derby sisters from Hawaii and beyond! What a great excuse to come for some fun in the sun in the middle of winter, when you can't stand it any longer. You know you'll need that vitamin D! The 4th Annual SK808 Tournament is a tournament for individual skaters! We all want to skate in Hawaii but sometimes it’s not easy to get our entire team to visit the islands. SK808 provides the perfect opportunity for individual skaters and their friends and family to visit paradise to play and watch top notch derby. Whether you’re a fresh meat or advanced skater (and all levels in between), the tournament is made of mixed teams of all skill levels from leagues across the globe! Saturday, January 7, 2012 SK808 invites all skaters from across the globe to join us in this tournament. No need to bring a team; SK808 is a time for individual skaters to sparkle on the rink. Skater Entry Fee: $45 until November 30, Late Fee: $55 starts December 1  Registration fee and includes tournament fee and your SK808 2012 tournament t-shirt.  Skaters, Register today! Join now for discussions on flights, hotels, sights to see, and more!  Skating the 808 SK808 is open to female skaters age 18 or older. All skill levels are welcome. Skaters must have passed WFTDA min skills test before skating in the tournament.  All on-skates participants are required to have USARS Insurance; WFTDA insurance is also accepted. If insurance cannot be verified by tournament day skaters will be required to purchase a USARS single event pass to participate day-of the tournament. Personal primary medical insurance is recommended for all skaters. All safety precautions have been taken, but participants skate at their own risk. Skater registration is $55.
