Skaters are always wanting to skate in Hawaii but it is not always so easy to bring a whole team to the islands. The SK808 Tournament combines skaters with love of roller derby with visit to paradise. The tournament is made of mixed teams of skaters from leagues across the globe. This 2011 tournament will be at the Neal Blaisdell Center in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. Pacific Roller Derby is proud to host the 3rd Annual SK808 and encourages the derby community to come skate the 808!

Skating in the 808
The tournament is open to female skaters age 18 or older. All skill levels are welcome. Skater must have passed WFTDA min skills test before skating in the tournament. The Neal Blaisdell arena skating
surface is polished concrete.

All on-skates participants are required to have USARS Insurance; WFTDA insurance is also excepted. If insurance cannot be verified by tournament day skaters will be required to purchase a USARS single event pass to participate for $20. Personal primary medical insurance is recommended for all skaters. All safety precautions have been taken, but participants skate at their own risk.
Skater registration is $35 thru November. Skater registration after November is $45. Registration will be excepted till January 5, 2011. Contact info@pacificrollerderby.com for last min registration. Fee includes skater registration and tournament t-shirt.

Officiating
Would you like to be apart of officiating crew for the SK808 Tournament? We are always looking for great refs and NSOs. We are offering skater housing, tournament t-shirt, hospitality suite and a free tournament admission ticket to all Ref/NSO volunteers.
